- Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2024Style: 2022Size: 1 SeatVerified PurchaseThe Burley Bee is collapsable, easy to set up and super fun for me and my two year old. She looks forward to going on bikerides and is even willing to wear her helmet to do so. The ride is very smooth. The storage comartment is adequate. I looked at several of these and the Burley Bee was not cheap, but also far from being the most expensive. I can't imagine what would be improved with a $500-$1000 carrier. This one is great. I've packed it up and taken it to another town to go for a ride. It was easy to transport and assemble when I got there. I'm looking forward to some fun trips and great rides this summer and for the summers to come. I think she is comfortable. She's still too young to give me a lot of descriptive verbal feedback. If you are considering this, it's a GREAT idea!!!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2025Style: CurrentSize: 2 SeatVerified PurchaseLove my burley however as far as seating 2 goes it's a bit of squeeze for them as they were shoulder to shoulder with not much room to move the arms against each other (1yro & 3yro); wish there was more space. Now that the one bad thing is out of the way.. Once reading through the directions it was relatively easy to attach, absolutely no problem with all sorts of turns and stops, has a bigger storage space in the back than expected, stays up when bike is tipped, and easy to pop on and off wheels. It comes folded just had to pop it in place, push in the wheels, slide the bar that attaches the trailer to the bike, the wheel guards, and flag. The storage space in the back held my super packed diaper bag, a purse, 2 big waterbottles, and extra snacks & cups.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2015Context: I am someone who grew up on bikes and just recently pulled mine out of the garage to rediscover it after about 20 or more years of not riding. So it would be an understatement to say I am not a regular cyclist. With four kids, I don't exercise much unless it is with the kids. After our first day with the trailer, I am hopeful that bike rides will become a regular routine.
I have never had a bike trailer before so nothing to compare, but I assembled it in less than five minutes without needing the directions, and had it on my bike in less than 10 minutes pulling my 4- and 2-year-olds up the hill in our yard. My 6-year-old on his own bike, and me with his two younger brothers in tow, we proceeded to ride our neighborhood ("Potomac HILLS") for several hours. Up and down the hills, it felt like I had nothing behind me. It was so light, I was even able to ride with one hand up steep inclines, using my other hand to pull my 6-year-old on his bike while still handling the trailer. My four-year-old loved it, and my 2-year-old refused to get out of it. After our longest ride to date, my wife and daughter got home, and we went for another ride. Turning is easy, too. Biggest challenge is remembering the trailer is back there.
The cargo space is great, and the kids say they are comfortable in the seats. I even took it off-road and up and down a few curves slowly and the kids were happy. As far as possible design improvements, the hooks for holding down the screen on the front could be made to fit more perfectly - they leave the feeling that you are just strapping it to a random part of the frame - but it actually works great. It also looked a little snug for my 4-year-old when both boys were in the trailer, but he said he was comfortable and no complaints. There might be other trailers as good or better out there, but I will never know ...Great construction and easy to use!
By the way, bike hitch is included - I couldn't tell by the description and bought a spare by accident.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2023Style: 2022Size: 1 SeatVerified PurchaseHave been taking my son out on bike rides with this trailer. Good rain protection, we didnt get seriously dumped on but a light rain didnt get through windscreen or canopy material. The hitch connection for the axle comes with the Bee and is very easy to hook up. Hitch connection is flexible and very secure with a safety tether that loops around the bike frame. The hitching tongue connection is also very secure. This little buggie is lightweight, easy to collapse and seems very safe. Solid construction.
Another great feature is the trunk. Nice for storing gear or water and snacks, toys etc.
Very good product for the price.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2025Style: CurrentSize: 2 SeatVerified PurchaseThis is a fantastic bike trailer. I've ridden at this point over a hundred miles with it, putting it through wet and dry, on and off road, two rowdy dogs, a first grader, and all the gear we'd take on an adventure in the day. You can't even tell, apart from the mud on the tires, the abuse it's taken. It holds up, it rides smooth, and it's durable. If you want a bike trailer, this is the one. I love it! One thing to note however -- others will love it too. I had mine stolen off of my bike by a drug addict (a not uncommon fauna in the woods of Florida), and it runs so smoothly and well put together that they sprinted away with it on foot like a roman chariot. When you get the trailer, buy a padlock for the hitch as well to attach it to the bike to go along with your bike lock.
I'm going to buy another one of these regardless. Worth every penny!

5.0 out of 5 stars WOW! 👍👍👍
Style: 2022Size: 1 SeatVerified PurchaseRight before I buy this wonderful thing, I tried the "Gator system" with my 5 year old boy. He have special needs and is not so good yet on his bike even with the training wheels. The Gator thingy is NOT a finished product and is a real pain in the a** to setup and it's kind of heavy! So decided to switch with this baby and boy was I right to do so! The Burley Bee is so easy to install you don't actually need the instructions manual (but you know..."read it" anyway). It's really light and even if my kid is not a toddler anymore, the max weight capacity is perfect for him + picnic, first aid and water bottle stuff. Yes, there are no shock absorber so it can get a little rocky if the road you use is rough. But I use a pillow for my little fellow's butt with a neck pillow for his head and it's all good. He enjoys it A LOT, so much it's actually hard to get him out when we are done for the day. If it was up to him, this would be his new room! So yes, it's a few hundred bucks but trust me, it's worth it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth the money
Amazing product! Although it seems priced higher than other alternative trailers it definitely is very well made and very smart looking. The safety features trump its rivals and there is plenty of storage. My twin boys love this, and so does my 6 year old as we sometimes go Pokemon hunting in it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great stability and security but it's no water resistant at all
We bought this because we felt that child security was worth more than the low end 150€ trailers.
This product is great in terms of lightness, materials and security costraints.
What is not truthful at all, however, is that it's not "water resistant canopy". When I read canopy i thought the whole chassis was considered but, as we found out after a rainy day, all parts in yellow are not water resistant at all. We ended up having water INTO the trailer therefore trips while raining are not possible. The only water resistant parts are the plastic cover and the two sides. Again the yellow part filters water and that's a pretty big down for us as we bought this brand, among others, specifically because of that reason (it's quite rainy in our region).

There was no debris and broken pieces in the bag and the box came with it was intact no damaged and i believed it was packaged with broken piece from manufacturer.
