DoorDash memes are a popular topic in the DoorDash community. Indeed, there are entire communities online dedicated to sharing funny DoorDash memes.
If you don’t know what a DoorDash meme is, it’s typically a picture with a funny caption about DoorDash. Some memes are just for sharing within the DoorDash community – usually complaining about low-paying orders, non-tippers, or something else related to working for DoorDash.
Other memes are for sharing with customers. If you’re working as a Dasher and like to use DoorDash memes, you’ll typically send the meme via the chat feature or as a text to the customer. Most of the time, you’ll send a funny meme when you’re waiting for the order at the restaurant or when you’ve picked up the order and are on the way to the customer.
Some Dashers swear that they get better ratings and higher tips by using memes. Others aren’t so sure it does anything. And still others avoid sending memes because it could be interpreted as unprofessional. I personally don’t bother sending any DoorDash memes to customers – but I may consider experimenting with them to see if they do anything.
In this post, I thought I’d share some of the funniest and best DoorDash memes you can use and look at some of the pros and cons of sending DoorDash memes to customers.
Best DoorDash Memes
There are two main types of memes you’ll want to use (if you want to use DoorDash memes at all). The first are memes you send when you’re waiting for the order at the restaurant. The second are memes you send once you’ve picked up the order and are on the way to the customer. Let’s take a look at some of my favorite memes.
1. Memes When Waiting For The Customer’s Order
Here’s a funny meme that I think will get a chuckle from most customers. It uses the famous Bernie Sanders picture during the inauguration. Most people will get a laugh out of this, regardless of political affiliation.
Another good meme is this one featuring Baby Yoda. I’m sure most customers will get a good laugh from this one.
2. Memes To Send To Customers Once You’ve Picked Up Their Order
Here’s a good meme you can send to customers once you’ve picked up their order. People love dogs doing human things. And the face this Corgi makes is hilarious.
Another good meme you can send is this funny meme from the Terry Crews scene in the movie White Chicks. Anyone familiar with this scene will get a laugh out of it.
There are many more DoorDash memes, far more than is possible to include in this post. You can find a great collection of DoorDash memes in this Facebook community dedicated solely to DoorDash memes.
Or another option is to create your own memes. The website Meme Generator is a site you can use to create your own DoorDash memes.
Should You Send Memes To Customers?
Whether you should send DoorDash memes to customers is a matter of personal preference. Some Dashers believe that it leads to higher tips. The thinking is that customers get a chuckle from your meme, then increase your tip because of the connection you built with them. At a minimum, it probably can lead to better customer ratings, which can be useful if you want to increase your customer rating.
That being said, there are downsides that are worth considering. Some people find memes unprofessional. Depending on the customer, it could be viewed as offputting. A lot of times, customers also don’t want to get a bunch of texts from their Dasher – they just want to get their food delivered to them in a timely manner without a lot of hassle.
I don’t think there’s a lot of harm in sending memes, so if you want to do it, you can try. At worst, it does nothing. At best, it leads to better customer ratings and higher tips.
Final Thoughts
DoorDash memes are numerous throughout the internet. If you are looking for a good DoorDash meme, you’re sure to find one online. Or make your own if there aren’t any out there that suits you.
Hopefully, this post gives you a good starting point for some great memes you can use while you’re Dashing.
