As already mentioned, Uber Eats is typically busy on Black Friday. It makes a lot of sense when you think about it. Most people have the day off, which means Black Friday is similar to a Saturday or Sunday. And since people might be tired after a busy holiday with friends and family (especially if they were cooking), they’ll treat themselves and get food delivered to them.

I think of Black Friday as similar to a busy weekend day. People are home. They’re ordering food. And restaurants are busy and open. I’ve had some really good days on Uber Eats the day after Thanksgiving. So, if you’re looking to make money on Uber Eats, Black Friday is a great time to do deliveries.

The best times to deliver for Uber Eats on Black Friday are similar to most other days. You want to aim to work during the lunch and dinner hours.

However, Black Friday is unique because it’s more like a weekend day than a weekday. That means, for the most part, it can stay busy throughout the day, not just during the lunch and dinner hours. You’ll still likely make the most if you concentrate on the lunch and dinner rush, but you should be able to stay busy most of the day as long as you are strategic and stick to busy areas.

Of course, all of the other basic strategies and principles apply if you want to make the most money on Uber Eats. Be strategic with the orders you accept. Work during prime hours. And of course, multi-app if you can, rather than only relying on Uber Eats (that means you should sign up for DoorDash, Grubhub, and any other delivery apps that are available in your city).
